CLB INTERNATIONAL 

Terms and Conditions 

Effective Date: June 27, 2026 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before scheduling or using any services provided by CLB International. By booking a service or submitting a consultation request, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

1. About CLB International 

CLB International is a multi-service company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. We offer DJ and event entertainment, lawn care, custom painted art, bounce house rentals, photography, and event setup and coordination for residential and commercial clients. 

2. Services and Pricing 

All services are quoted on a per-project or per-event basis. Pricing varies depending on the scope, size, location, and specific requirements of each job. A detailed quote or payment link will be provided following your consultation or booking inquiry. No work will begin until pricing has been agreed upon by both parties. 

3. Booking and Scheduling 

Scheduling a consultation or service request does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after you have received and agreed to a formal quote and a deposit or full payment has been received, as specified in your quote. CLB International reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. 

4. Deposits and Payments 

Certain services may require a deposit to secure your date or begin work. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in your individual quote. Remaining balances are due by the date stated in your agreement. Payments are accepted via the methods specified in your payment link. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services. 

5. Cancellations and Refunds 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text message. Deposits are non-refundable unless CLB International is the party canceling the service. If CLB International cancels a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Refund eligibility for other circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

6. Client Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the service location, access requirements, and scope of work. For lawn care services, clients must ensure the property is reasonably clear of obstacles. For events, clients must ensure the venue location is accessible and that all permits or permissions required are obtained. CLB International is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to inaccurate information or inaccessible locations. 

7. Damage and Liability 

CLB International takes care in performing all services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by unforeseen property conditions, or damage resulting from client negligence. For bounce house rentals, clients assume full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all users once the equipment has been set up and inspected. Equipment must not be used in a manner inconsistent with provided instructions. 

8. Intellectual Property — Custom Art 

All custom artwork created by CLB International remains the intellectual property of CLB International unless a full rights transfer is explicitly agreed upon in writing. Clients receive a license to use and display commissioned pieces for personal or agreed commercial use. CLB International may use images of completed artwork in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. 

9. Photography 

For photography services, final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your quote. CLB International retains the right to use images in its portfolio unless the client opts out in writing at the time of booking. RAW image files are not included unless separately agreed upon. 

10. Weather and Force Majeure 

Certain services — including lawn care, bounce house rentals, and outdoor events — may be affected by weather or other circumstances beyond our control. CLB International will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLB International's total liability for any claim arising from its services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

12. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida. 

13. Changes to These Terms 

CLB International reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
